Neve is learning lots of Maori words and songs at daycare at the moment. And although I dont know many myself, Google is very helpful at providing sound bites about correct pronunciation for me... Here is her latest song!

Had a lovely weekend away to Castlepoint with some friends from Wellington. Its about 2.5 hours NW of Welly, so not too far and incredibly beautiful. Walked on the beach, ate some food, acted as UN peacekeepers between 2 two-year olds and played Dopelkoff. They also have a 6 months old...just to clarify the baby that G is holding!

i was born on april 1, 2010 in wellington hospital. i was a flyweight at birth (only 6lb) but have big feet to grow into. if i ever get sick of this new zealand place i could use my flipper-like feet to swim back to the sunny island to the west of here... and yes i do look a lot like neve in case you were wondering!
